Summaries of group research

After looking into our own individual opening sequences we then compared all our summaries to establish a wider ranger of reserch into opening seuences. We focused on the camerawork, editing, sound, characters, lighting, special effects and mise en scene. Below is the list of films we research with a genre of crime thriller;

We also did some research into film openings that a genre specifically of either crime or thriller. Helping us focus on just one of the genres in more detail. They are as follows;
